A reproduction of CODI latent reasoning: Qwen3-8B thinks for six hidden steps before answering. On 250 GSM8K questions it beats no-reasoning by 3.6 points and runs 4.2x faster than written-out chain-of-thought. First place at the Agent & Token Economy Hackathon.
